Secure Payroll File Submission
Foreign National employees, please send an email to payrollt@uncg.edu to receive instructions on how to complete your Tax Residency Assessment. Please DO NOT upload documents here.
Use the following link to submit payroll forms for changes to personal identification like name, prefix, preferred name, legal sex, direct deposit, and tax forms (only if you are unable to sign-up via employee self service – UNCGenie.)
Please be sure to upload the following files and copies (if they are applicable to you):
- Personal Identification Form (Provide required documentation the Payroll Secure File Submission)
- Address Change Form
- IRS W-2 Paper Request From
- Federal & State Tax Forms (only if unable to sign up via employee self-service – UNCGenie)
- Federal Tax Forms
- State Tax Form – NC-4EZ or NC-4-Web
